📣𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐎𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐦𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬📣

Please join us on Tuesday, August 18, from 5:30–7:00 PM for 𝙈𝙞𝙙𝙙𝙡𝙚 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣!

During the evening, students and families will have the opportunity to meet staff, review middle school expectations, and learn how to use PowerSchool for day-to-day needs. The majority of the time will be dedicated to students walking through their schedules and practicing opening their lockers to help ease nerves and build confidence before the school year begins.

This event is open to incoming 6th graders, new middle school students, and their parent/guardian(s). Please no additional siblings or friends. We want students to have the time, space, and attention they need to feel comfortable and supported during this transition.

Don’t forget! The District Open House - open to all students and families - will take place on Wednesday, August 26, from 4:00–6:00 PM. We hope you will join us for another opportunity to get comfortable, prepared, and excited for the upcoming school year!

Their last day of elementary school has come to an end! 🎓

I want to thank all of you for everything you have done to help your 5th graders become the amazing young people they are today. I feel so happy and honored that I had the opportunity to be their teacher this year. (https://www.wevideo.com/view/4123182092)

I know they are going to do great things in middle school, but I will miss them so much. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating our incredible 5th graders as they take the next step in their educational journey. We are so proud of all they have accomplished and the growth they have shown throughout the year.

🇺🇸❤️🤍💙 In honor of Memorial Day, we celebrated with Red, White, and Blue Day!

It was so much fun seeing everyone show their patriotic spirit while remembering and honoring the brave men and women who have served our country. ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

Hard work pays off! 🧡🖤🎉

Our class worked hard to earn 20 points by showing our Oak Pride 🌳💪, and the reward they chose was extra recess! ☀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ The timing was perfect — we got to enjoy some extra fun right before rocking our last iReady test of the school year! 📚✏️🎯

So proud of all their hard work, teamwork, and positive attitudes! 💕🙌😊

5th grade vs. staff kickball game = success!

These kids had an absolute blast last week and were determined to bring home the win. The energy, teamwork, and excitement made for such a fun game — and to top it off, it ended in a tie!

It was so much fun watching everyone cheer each other on and enjoy every minute of it.
