Ok guys it’s time to finalize some things so that we can be ready by September 🤗 FIRST order of business... decide on final T-shirt design .. perhaps all those with an idea resubmit so that we may set up a voting time. Please submit your idea (even if you’ve already done so cause we had several posts about it but they didn’t have the same designs). Make sure to include all info you are proposing ... t-shirt vs raglan, cotton vs. athletic ..etc. deadline for submissions Wednesday July 3 midnight.. we will then create a poll to vote. SECOND please send your remaining balance to either Angela electronically or myself (if local and need pick up) by July 31. THIRD We need volunteers for committees: ENTERTAINMENT(games and such for fam day) Jeff Jordanand Martha should spearhead this one since you guys graciously volunteered service and float. FOOD- Thaddrick Kirkland you should spearhead this one since you volunteered to cook (I can shop for supplies on this end so I’ll volunteer here) CLEANING- if funds allow we can pay someone but just in case... I’m sure there something I forgot if so just add the committee to the comments and folks can volunteer under the comment! 🤗

Ok everyone looks like $75 is going to be the magic number ... this includes the building for 2 days, security, food for Saturday, and t-shirt. ☺️
