We currently have availability for two children, ages 24 months and older.

Location: Oakdale, Eagle Point School area.

Hours of operation: Monday- Thursday 7:00-4:30 and Friday 7:00-4:00.

Over 30 years of child care experience, including para-educator.

Cuddles N Hugs ChildCare is your child’s home away from home. We offer a cozy, loving, play-based and child-centered approach.

- Daily outside time with nature-based and U of M Master Gardener learning (weather permitting)

- Play based learning including age appropriate sensory play, songs and dancing, preschool themed learning during the school year.

- healthy homemade meals and snacks

- art creation and project galore,
with a focus on child independence through help creating meals and snacks, cleanup, projects and more.

When we push children into academic tasks before their bodies are physically ready, we’re not giving them a head start. What shapes them most isn’t fancy toys or flashcards..

it’s connection.
It’s play.
It’s laughter.
It’s the moments you think don’t matter that actually build everything that does.

Every time you read that same book for the 100th time…
every time you kiss a scraped knee or sing one more lullaby…
you’re building their brain.
You’re building their heart.

Don’t underestimate how powerful these simple moments are.
Because the first 5 years?
They’re where it all begins.

The Eder School house will be open Saturday June 4th and again Saturday June 25th. The historic school is located at the Oakdale Nature Preserve, 4444 Hadley Avenue North, Oakdale. It will be open from noon to 4pm. Come and see how students studied from 1888 to 1920!
