Join us for another beautiful evening of Sound Healing Yoga with Sarah Cheffy! Blending gentle movement and the vibrations of sound, this class offers a chance to step away from the busyness, settle into the moment, and leave feeling a little lighter.

Our Adult Music Student Showcase was filled with great music, a few brave nerves, and a lot of joy!

There’s something wonderful about choosing to learn and make music simply because you love it. We are so proud of every musician who shared their talents and grateful for the community who came to cheer them on.

We loved gathering at Bistro 150! Thank you to Jennifer and the entire staff for amazing food, drinks, and warm atmosphere that made the evening feel special.

Music is for everyone!
