The National Forensic Academy family extends its thoughts and support to NFA alumni Cody Lawson as she recovers from injuries sustained while processing a crime scene in the line of duty.

Crime scene professionals play a vital role in the pursuit of justice, often working in unpredictable and dangerous environments. We are proud to call Cody a member of the NFA family and stand with her, her loved ones, and her colleagues during her recovery.

If you would like to support Cody and her family during this difficult time, the Knoxville Police Department has established a donation account through the Knoxville Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union. Donations can be made in person at 501 E. Summit Hill Drive, Knoxville, TN.
