Did you know...
This June OPSA will host *Summer Strings Camp* for rising 4th 5th and 6th graders?

These camps are designed for string players just beginning their journey and those hoping to retain their skills over the summer break.

Open to existing OPSA students AND those who may have never had private lessons. Camp will be tailored to fit the needs and develop the skills of participating students to keep them excited about music all summer long.

New to OPSA? Sign up by April 30th to receive a complimentary 1-on-1 lesson for your student over the summer.

OPSA student, Elliot King, was selected to perform in a masterclass with musicians Melissa White and Jennifer Arnold — an incredible honor that reflects both his dedication and his artistry.

Organizations like the Suzuki Association of the Americas and the American String Teachers Association remind us that music education is about more than performance — it’s about nurturing community, character, leadership, and lifelong artistry. Elliot embodied those values fully. He played with focus, courage, and a truly beautiful sound.
