Contemporary Music Project The Contemporary Music Project

CMP offers privates lessons and ensembles on drum set, Latin percussion (congas, timbales, and batá), marimba, and vibraphone, and Arabic percussion instruments. We also host an ongoing masterclass series on drumming and dance traditions from around the world, as well as The Chicago Arabic Music Ensemble, Middle Eastern dance presentations, and Raices Gitanas Flamenco Ensemble.
