💙🎉🧡 Happy New Year, Staffulty!
Faculty and staff are back in the building with all the energy a new school year brings!
Superintendent Johnson welcomed Staffulty (even Griff!) back with updates on newly renovated spaces, including Hydroponics, the Student Helpdesk, and a renovated Door 7, all on the north end of the building. He also shared his excitement for everyone to see the new Project 2 spaces when they are completed soon.
He gave a special shout-out to Buildings & Grounds for the heavy lift they’ve taken on to keep countless moves, construction projects, and cleaning efforts running smoothly.
Superintendent Johnson also introduced a central focus for ALL Staffulty this year: the Developmental Relationships Framework. Training begins Thursday and Friday and will focus on building more intentional connections with one another and, most importantly, with our students. The goal is simple but important: strengthen our sense of belonging and continue making OPRF a place that reflects Those Things That Are Best for everyone.
