Professional Experience
-35 years of professional experience in various process development and process improvement efforts in a project leadership role using Six Sigma, Lean, and Agile methodologies
-Since retiring in 2013, developed Agile Sigma(c) as an evolutionary step forward - by integrating the iterative techniques of Agile with the structure and statistics of Six Sigma to create a process optimization methodology.
-Founded The Gaffney Institute (TGI) in 202 to promote the adoption and use of Agile Sigma(c). Currently providing TGI-Certified Agile Sigma(c) Training and Consulting services to clients to optimize processes and maximize customer impacts.
Certification
-Six Sigma Black Belt - Certified by the AT&T Six Sigma Center of Excellence 2009
- Agile Sigma(c) Master Black Belt - Certified by The Gaffney Institute 2020.
Awards
-Received President's Club Award for 4 out of 6 years (1995 - 2001) for outstanding performance.
- Nominated for Chairman's Award 1995 for strategic alliance project with IBM.
- Received Best Speaker Award for IT Benchmarking speech (National IT Conference 1995).
