As our teachers🍏 prepare their classrooms for a new school year, they are preparing for something far more important than lessons, supplies📒, and schedules📝.

They are preparing their hearts ❤️ and minds for the children who will walk through their doors.

They are preparing to encourage the child who needs confidence, comfort the one who is struggling, celebrate🎊 the small victories, and challenge each student to discover what they are capable of.

Because teaching is more than academics 📚.

It is about connection. Belonging. Faith. Confidence. Character, and believing in a child, even when they may not yet believe in themselves.

The classrooms may be ready, but it is the hearts❤️ of our teachers that will make the greatest difference.
