This past weekend Football University rolled into the “Windy City” to continue its 2014 season at Oak Lawn High School. The surrounding area’s top talent came to Oak Lawn to showcase their talent and to take their game to the next level.

Our Spartan Booster Club, with the support of our athletic department, is holding its 1st Annual Texas Hold Em tournament. It’s the poker without the hustlers. It is being held at the Garden Chalet on 110th and Ridgeland on Saturday, March 22nd, starting at 6 p.m. Tickets are $75 which include the table entry, drinks, and dinner. March 22nd also happens to be the night of the Elite 8 March Madness tournament. Want to have a great time but don’t like gambling. Enjoy the food, drinks, and raffle prizes for just $35 dollars. The final 8 players all go home winners. The event will conclude around midnight.
