🎃 Passing the Pumpkin Fun! 👻

Learning is SPOOK-tacular when you add a little Halloween fun! Second graders had a blast reviewing their trick words with a game of Pass the Pumpkin! 🎶 When the music stopped, whoever was holding the pumpkin had to spell a trick word correctly to earn a spooky witch finger! 🧙‍♀️☝️ A big thank you to Mrs. Burns for making trick word review so SPOOK-tacular with such a fun game and spooky prizes for our second graders🎃👻🧙‍♀️

Ms. Widmann’s students had a ghostly good time practicing their spelling words! Students wrote their words using white crayons, then colored over them to magically reveal their hidden spelling words! Who knew spelling could be so SPOOK-tacular?! 👻🎃

After taking their Unit 1 CKLA assessment, Mrs. Lambert’s 4th graders got to practice typing on a real typewriter…just like the one they read about in their assessment! 📝

🎨✨ Making Magic with a Paint Brush! ✨🎨

Ms. Coppin’s second graders stepped into the shoes of the characters from The Magic Paint Brush and let their imaginations run wild! 🖌️💫

Students created their own magical paint brush wishes and then brought the magic to life by creating their very own magical paint art! 🎨🌈

We love seeing our students use their creativity, imagination, and storytelling skills to make learning come alive!
