The measurement of vulnerability is courage. Courage is the ability to confront something difficult or painful despite the fear. Vulnerability means to be open and raw to step into the space of courage.

There is always fear. Not all fear is bad. Fear can be a strong determinant toward change.

Allow your heart to serve as a compass to guide you in-spite of the fear. Take a step, breath into the heart chakra, be vulnerable, be courageous, and take another step.

Let’s stop wearing our failures around like weights around our neck, badges of honor for everyone to see. A message to the world that we can’t be successful because there is something wrong with us. Our new default pattern.

That’s bu****it!

If there is no failure, we take away our opportunities to learn, and we lessen opportunities for success!!

If we are not learning from our failures than we become victims trapped in a narrative encased in guilt.

So get up, dust yourself off, and take a step! Your worth it!!
