Whidbey Island Chapter MOAA Our chapter mission is to: promote and support the purposes and objectives of MOAA. The Whidbey Island Chapter of TROA was originally chartered in 1968.

Active Duty and past duty officers and spouses are always welcome at WICMOAA Chapter meetings. With the national change of name, we are now “WICMOAA.” We are located in the Northwest corner of the state of Washington and serve Island, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, and Whatcom counties. The primary venue for our monthly luncheon, dinner, or social events is the Whidbey Golf and Country Club. At pres

ent we have over 150 members, active duty, retired, and former officers of the USA, USMC, USN, USCG, USAF, NOAA, USPHS and their surviving spouses. We distribute a monthly newsletter by postal mail and E-Mail.
