Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE)- Serves children ages birth to kindergarten enrollment and their parents. Stepping Stones- Serves children and their parents as they transition from their toddler to their preschool years. Preschool Place 15 (PP15)- Serves children 3-5 years of age before they begin kindergarten. Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE)- Serves families with children infants

, toddlers and preschoolers who have special needs or disabilities. Early Childhood Screening (ECS)- Assesses health and developmental status of children shortly after their third birthday. All children are required to participate in screening or have a conscientious objector form on file when they begin kindergarten.

Celebrate the Week of the Young Child with a special library adventure!

Join us on Friday, April 17th at 1:00 p.m. for a fun afternoon featuring a spring craft, sensory experience, and story time designed for young children and their caregivers. After the activity, families are welcome to stay, explore the library, check out books, and even sign up for their very own library card!

This free event (please register) is a collaboration between Anoka County Library and St. Francis Area Schools Early Childhood as we celebrate the joy of early learning and literacy.

Spring is in the air, and so is the excitement! Young children and their parents are invited to a hands-on outdoor adventure at the Early Childhood Family Center, full of vehicles and springtime fun.
