The day is here my friends.

In a few short hours I will be checking that all the lights are out and the doors are locked for the final time. I have always said this building is my heart and soul when in fact my heart and soul walk out the very doors I check every night.

Thank you for memories, the love, laughter, the tears, for the conversation and most of all thank you for giving me my heart and soul and my true purpose. I hope that I impacted your lives and the lives of your children as much as they have truly impacted mine.

I love you all. It is never good bye. It will forever be see you later. Until next time.

Saying goodbye to all of you over the past month has been incredibly tough. Lex’s whole life has been here. He knows every kid, and every parent or grandparent who has entered the building. He’s given my dogs the middle/last names of your kiddos when he’s scolding them. 😅 So many of our families at DAE have befriended the both of us and always have always treated us like family. So many have supported my small business, and supported the friendships that my kiddo has made with yours.
It’s been a true honor to take care of your children, to watch them grow, and to form new relationships with so many of you. Our kids & families at DAE will always hold a special place in my heart.
We love you all and we will miss you so so much.
