Hard to believe our little Deanie Baby is 3 months old!

He has the calmest, sweetest, and happiest disposition. He never stops eating and we adore his chunky little rolls!!

Truly amazed that I have a little mini me who loves movement, expression, and music as much as I do!

11 year old .dufour first attempt demonstrating new grand battement and pirouette choreography!

Love seeing the small attention to details in the port de bras, footwork, control, and smart adjustments/choices made in real time.

Your studio choices and habits become your performance choices and habits!!

32 week ballet bump update!

Despite being more restricted, I still feel immense joy in music pulling me into movement that feels familiar and discovering new ways to connect with my body.

Not quite the same shapes or lines I am used to but truly amazed what the human body can endure!
