We are so grateful (and thankful!) to have had the opportunity to complete the From Plate to Podium workshop today with our entire dance program! Our Head JV Coach, Paige Manso, MS, RD, CFNIP, CPT, LDN is a registered dietitian, who prioritizes “fueling up” in the appropriate ways so our bodies can perform at their highest level! 🏆 Coaches of all teams… reach out to her today to set up a workshop for your team! As our Varsity Team learns their new competitive pom routine this week, we wanted to share last season’s routine that was a semi-finalist at Dance Team Union Nationals in the Medium Pom Division! We continue to strive to be the BEST WE CAN BE in this genre, bringing something unique and memorable each and every year! Oh, and keep your eyes peeled for the sneaky costume change… 👀 This routine will always have a special place in our hearts! We will always be SO PROUD of this routine and this team. 🧡🩵

We had such an incredible week with our FUTURE BENGAL DANCERS! 🐯 Our camp was jam-packed with lots of technique, games, and learning choreography for our camp and Windy City ThunderBolts performances! ⚾️✨💕 We are so proud of how much growth we saw throughout the week, and can’t wait to see everyone again at our Winter Camp! 8th graders— we are so excited to SEE YOU in the Spring at TRYOUTS! 🥳
