Registration is open for Homeschooler Link Fall Classes!
We are changing things up this year for some of our classes as we are trying to build up not only the co-op, but more community among ourselves and our families.
We do still have a drop off teen program that will be ran similar to previous semesters. However, this semester we are trying out having two classrooms set up with different options running in each one. There will be crafts, a drama production, clubs, etc. but it will continue to be ran mostly based off of student interest. If you are uncomfortable dropping your teen off, you are welcome to hang out in our parent room.
For all of our other classes we are asking all parents to be in classes and hands on as much as possible going forward. Our teachers or leaders may ask you to help in a different room some weeks on an as needed basis but please sign yourself up as well in which room you'd like to be in as a parent helper. This means we will no longer have rescue helpers, or "off" hours.
Another change that we are implementing with all classes except our teen program this semester is included field trips! These classes will only be held 3 times a month and we will have a field trip one week per month!
And finally, all of these classes will be held in two-hour blocks. This gives everyone more time to teach, learn, and connect without stressing too much to switch classes.
