Our prize for hitting 100% of our Walkathon goal was to have TCE adopt an animal at the St. Louis Zoo. Since we blew past our goal, we adopted a zoo animal for each grade! Check out the cool animals we are supporting!

Thank you to Jim Butler Kia in St. Louis for sponsoring Travelin' Tom's Coffee of St. Charles County coffee for teachers and staff at Twin Chimneys Elementary! Our staff worked hard to help our students and families have a successful Walkathon fundraiser and deserved this coffee break!

The Kia Carnival our PTO president bought recently from Cheryl Cooper at Jim Butler Kia is the ultimate family vehicle. It has room for all of the PTO stuff she hauls around on top of normal groceries, sports gear, backpacks, and all of the kid things.

We had a great Walkathon Day! Students got to walk around the track to celebrate their success while families and staff cheered them on. After walking students go popsicles while we told each grade that they got to adopt their own animal from the St. Louis Zoo since we beat our Walkathon fundraising goal. We finished with our top fundraisers getting to Pie our Assistant Principal.

Thank you so much to our TCE families and staff for supporting Walkathon and to all of the volunteers who organized it! Thank you for your continued support of TCE and the PTO. Let’s have a WILD year TCE!
