Being CPR certified is so important even in everyday life. You hope to never have to use the skill but knowing you can could be the difference between life and death.

A 6-year-old went into cardiac arrest after he was hit by a baseball. His mom saved his life

June 1-7 each year is National CPR and AED Awareness Week, spotlighting how lives can be saved if more Americans know CPR and how to use an AED.

According to the American Heart Association about 70 percent of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests happen in homes. If you are called on to give CPR in an emergency, you will most likely be trying to save the life of someone you love. Be the difference for your parent, spouse, or child.

Currently we are not offering open enrollment but we are taking group classes of 5 and larger. Class is taught at your location by a Firefighter Paramedic who uses CPR in his field of work constantly. Our classes are laid back, no long outdated videos, no tests. Scheduling is super simple as well. Kevin schedules classes around his 4 days off so we can get you scheduled quickly! Movember is observed every November by paramedics, police officers and firefighters (just men in general) to bring awareness to men’s health, such as, prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men’s su***de. According to Wikipedia Movember aims to increase early cancer detection, diagnosis and effective treatments, and ultimately reduce the number of preventable deaths. Besides annual check-ups, the Movember Foundation encourages men to be aware of family history of cancer and to adopt a healthier lifestyle using the moustache as the driving symbol of the movement.

So if you notice Kevin sporting a stache during your CPR class now you know why 😂
