Four years of excellence at June's Cafe. Here's to many more years of success ahead.

Traditionally, Cafe Du Monde Coffee and Chicory is presented Au Lait, combined half and half with hot milk. That being said, people tend to have unique preferences for their coffee. My preference is for a hint of milk and sugar.
And, Beignets are a staple of French-Creole cuisine, especially in New Orleans, where they are famously paired with café au lait.

As seen in the 'WIZ', the color is temporarily Green. With Mardi Gras festivities on the horizon, I am getting ready to indulge in the culinary delights of New Orleans, including daquaris, po-boys, crayfish, and other specialties that the city has to offer. And, of course...I get to visit a couple of my favorite Nola coffee cafés ☕️ Stay tuned!

A cortado is a carefully composed espresso drink with equal parts espresso and milk, typically 2 oz of each, served in a 4 1/2 oz glass. The art of being a Barista lies not just in executing a recipe, but in crafting an experience that brings joy to others.
