Let’s be incredibly real for a second: who you live with can completely make or break your college experience. Your room should be your sanctuary, not a place where you have to mentally prepare yourself just to open the door.

You shouldn’t have to roll the dice on your sleep schedule, your studying habits, or your sanity. The choice should be entirely yours.

That’s exactly why we brought RoomSync to The Towers. Starting June 22nd, official residents will have access. It lets you filter past the surface-level small talk and find people who actually align with your day-to-day rhythm:

Major Matching: Want someone who shares your major so you can study together? Check their profile.

Lifestyle Filters: Need a roommate who understands that 8:00 AM classes mean quiet hours at night? Filter for it.

Chat First: Test the waters and start a conversation before you ever lock it in.

Stop leaving your vibe check up to chance. Go claim your space, find your person, and build a routine that actually works for you. Official residents for the Fall 26, look out for an email by June 22nd. Roommate matching ends 7/13!

Welcome to with the Towers. Join us in exploring our neighborhood, one event at a time.

If you’re trying to catch the actual heartbeat of the neighborhood this season, you find the parks. The annual West Harlem Summer Jazz Festival is officially back, dropping live music directly into the spaces we live in from now through September. No RSVP, no pre-game lines, just pure acoustic brilliance.

Where to catch the rhythm:

Fridays at Jackie Robinson Park Bandshell (148th & Bradhurst) — massive energy to kick off the weekend.

Saturdays at Montefiore Square Park (137th & Broadway) — the ultimate community link-up.
