Tomorrow is the last day for this Kindergarten squad, I’m full of mixed emotions! I sat for a while and thought of words/ phrases to describe my first class…this is what I came up with: KINDERGARTEN

I have truly enjoyed getting to know each and every single one of these beautiful kids. While there were difficult times, the positive always outweighed the “negative”. There will always be a special place in my heart for this group of kids and they know it! I am so proud of them. ❤️❤️❤️ they are on to FIRST grade! 🎉

Exciting week ahead!!

Graduation is tomorrow at 1:30pm.

Tuesday: Movie in the afternoon, we will be making candy salad!! Please have your child bring their favorite type of gummy candy. I already got a large bag of sour gummy worms.

Wednesday: LAST DAY!! Awards ceremony at 8:30am. I will be presenting Kindergarten awards at graduation tomorrow.

Early dismissal at 12:30 on Wednesday!!

Today was fun! The current Kindergarten students went to visit their new classroom for next year and I got to hang out with my upcoming Kindergarteners!

My kiddos helped clean and organize my room before the new friends stopped by. I’m going to miss my current students soooo much! I love them all.

We also had a Donut forget your phonics party today! The kids should have brought a certificate home indicating they completed their phonics requirements for the year. ❤️

Next Tuesday, I want to make a candy salad with the kids! Please send your kid with a bag of their favorite gummy type candy! I thought it would be a fun treat while we watch a movie!!
