March is Reading Month kicks off by celebrating one of the most famous children's authors: Dr. Seuss. He would be turning 122 years old on March 2. We honor him by recognizing one of his many books each day. Let's have some fun and dress for the book theme each day this week:

March 2, Monday – Wear silly or mismatched socks
March 3, Tuesday – Wear a hat
March 4, Wednesday – Dress wacky from head to toe
March 5, Thursday – Wear red and/or blue
March 6, Friday – Bring a stuffy to cuddle up with

Orders are now open for 2025-26 Novi Woods yearbooks! Don't miss your chance to order your child's yearbook before the ordering period closes April 26. This will be your only window to order a yearbook. There will be no extra yearbooks available afterward. The yearbooks cost $17 each. Use Yearbook ID 15424726 at https://ybpay.lifetouch.com/Order.

Mark your calendars for 6 p.m. Thursday, March 5, for our fourth-annual Book BINGO to celebrate March is Reading Month. To make it another success, we're collecting gently used books from Feb. 11-March 5 at the school to use as BINGO prizes.

Please drop off up to five books that are grade equivalent in the bin by the office. We're looking for early readers, picture books and early chapter books that would appeal to our K-2 readers, as well as non-fiction and chapter books for grades 3-4.

Thanks to everyone who came out and braved the cold line outdoors to join us for our annual Novi Woods' BonaVenture Skate Night earlier tonight. After a slow start getting everyone in, it was a fun event for our Woods families! 🛼💚

Fresh flyer alert! Check out all the details for Thursday's 6-8:30 p.m. Feb. 5 annual Novi Woods Family Skate Night at BonaVenture Family Skating Center in Farmington Hills.

This event is for Novi Woods families only. For just $13 per person, Woods family members ages 3-17 can skate the night away with friends. Pay at the door; no advance registration required and the price includes skate rental. Those ages 18 and older who are not skating do not have to pay to enter. Enjoy the PlayZone for an additional $4 per person, or the NEW $7.99 pizza and pop buffet.
