Last week CKD Con was a great time where instructors and assistant instructors traveled to Georgia to partake in both sessions and festivities. Master Ayerst lead sessions focused on stances, movement, strikes, the health benefits of Choi Kwang Do. Master Glumb lead sessions on stretching and swing kicks and reverse swing kicks.
