🥋🎉 CONGRATULATIONS, MASTER JOSEPH BRUSKE! 🎉🥋

We are incredibly proud to announce that Joseph Bruske has officially completed and PASSED his 4th Dan Master Rank testing!

And he didn’t just pass — he did phenomenal! 👊🔥

This was a closed testing, meaning no photos or videos were permitted during the testing performance. However, Master Kelly and Master Sean were both in the room to witness it firsthand — and Joseph absolutely crushed it!

We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to the Senior Masters who oversaw and conducted the testing: Grand Master Chin, Grand Master Tang, and Master Lee. We are grateful for their time, leadership, and dedication to carrying on the traditions of our martial art.

Reaching the rank of 4th Dan Master is an incredible accomplishment and the result of years of hard work, perseverance, leadership, and dedication.

While the testing is officially complete, we still have one very special moment ahead! 🥋

We will soon be hosting a special promotion ceremony back home at Next Level Karate in Michigan, where Joseph will officially be presented with his new rank of 4th Dan Master! More details will be coming soon.

Thank You, Next Level Karate Family! We had such an incredible evening together at our Kyosa Joey celebration and fundraiser! From training side by side in our outdoor kicking class to sharing laughs with Fruit and Veggie Ninja and, of course, pieing Kyosa Joey. The night was full of fun and support. Because of your generosity, we were able to raise a significant amount to help support Kyosa Joey as he prepares to travel to London over Labor Day weekend to test for fourth degree master rank, an extraordinary milestone. 🥋 A massive congratulations to Kyosa Joey on an incredible performance at this past weekend’s ISKA U.S. Open Championship in Orlando, Florida!
Among many outstanding finishes throughout the weekend, Kyosa Joey earned a Gold Medal in the Adidas Tang Soo Do Division—an amazing accomplishment against some of the nation’s top competitors.

☀️ What an incredible week at Summer Day Camp!

A huge THANK YOU to all of the students who joined us and made the week so much fun. From games and activities to making new friends and learning new skills, it was an unforgettable week!

We’d also like to give a special shoutout to the Novi Police Department and Novi Fire Department for taking the time to visit our campers. The students loved learning about your jobs, hearing important safety tips, and getting an up-close look at the squad car and fire truck!
