Two quick comments:
1. The second bullet is critical
2. I would add a final bullet: "TAKE ACTION" (learning, studying, and planning is good, but if you don't ever DO anything...)

The "Seller Strike"... that's an interesting point made here, along with the discussion around increased rentals and Subject-To financing. As an investor, I did like seeing this:
"Tenants are renewing their leases at a record level. In April of 2022, over 65% of tenants renewed their lease versus just over 56% in 2019, according to RealPage."

The "Sellers Strike" Has Begun—Why The Housing Market Is Going Dark With rising interest rates, homeowners are less inclined to sell their homes since they've locked in low interest rates. Where does the market go from here?
