As the school year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to celebrate and honor some truly incredible members of our District family who are officially retiring! ✨

To our wonderful retirees, thank you for your years of dedication, passion, and hard work. You have left an undeniable mark on our community, and while we will miss you immensely, we are so incredibly excited for you as you begin this next chapter.

Today, we want to extend a massive thank you to two incredible partners who spend countless hours fundraising, volunteering, and championing our NUSD students: School Fuel and our PTA/PTSA/PTO!

Here is a look at the incredible impact they made across our district during the 2025-26 school year:

School Fuel ()
The Mission: Elevating educational opportunities for all Novato public school students, providing vital funding for programs that outside budget constraints can't cover.
The Impact: Funded over 100 grants at every single school and grade level throughout NUSD!
Total Support: A phenomenal $403,892 invested in our students this year.

PTA (Parent Teacher Association), along with PTSA (Parent Teacher Student Association) and PTO (Parent Teacher Organization)
The Mission: Positively impacting the lives of all children and families in our community.
The Powerhouse Numbers: Driven by 2,546 dedicated members who contributed an astonishing 44,841 volunteer hours!
Total Support: Raised an incredible $1,187,000 to enrich our school communities.

Between innovative classroom grants and tireless volunteer hours, these organizations ensure our students have the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive.
