The Medicine Wheel is an ancient, powerful navigational way of life employed by Indigenous peoples throughout the world for health and healing. We assemble atop Mt. Tamalpais, the Sacred mountain of the Coastal Miwok, Pomo and Ohlone Nations for a Ceremony to create a Medicine Wheel (Sacred Hoop of Life) in honour and celebration of the seasonal shifts and thresholds and to Pray for All of Our Relations.

The Purification Lodge (often referred to as a "sweatlodge") is an ancient, Indigenous Prayer and Healing Ceremony, which combines the Sacred elements- Water, Air and Fire - within the womb of the Earth. The Ceremony is conducted in a Traditional manner.
