1,000 of you. We are a little emotional about it.

When we started sharing here, we just wanted a place to celebrate our learners and let families see what progress actually looks like. Somehow that turned into a thousand people showing up for hallway high fives, first words, graduation caps, and a whole lot of proud moments that are not ours alone.

Thank you for cheering for these kids like they are your own. That is exactly what they deserve.

Graduation day at Sunrise looks like this! 🥳

We recently celebrated a learner who worked hard, showed up as himself every single day, and met every goal his team set with him. Graduating from services means he has the skills to keep growing outside these walls, and that is the whole reason we do this.

We are so proud of him. His family, his BCBA, his RBTs, everyone who cheered him on in the hallway. This one is for all of you.

Royal announcement: the puzzle has been conquered. 👑

She sorted, she scanned, she tried a piece four different ways, and she did not give up. Then she looked up with this face and we all lost it.

Persistence is a skill, and so is celebrating yourself when you finish something tough. She nailed all three today.

Blueprints were drawn. Furniture were sourced. Negotiations were held over who gets the door.

Then our staff walked by, saw the vision, and grabbed a bigger wall!! 💚

What looks like a jumble of pads is actually taking turns, problem solving, asking for help, sharing space, and staying with a plan when it changes. Play is where so much of the good stuff happens, and we will absolutely get on the floor for it!

When the alarm goes off, it is not just a drill. It is a moment that really matters.

Watching our learners navigate something unexpected, even when it feels a little scary, is one of the most powerful things to witness. Because when kids get to practice real world situations with trusted adults, the fear becomes familiar, and the unknown becomes manageable.

That is resilience. That is confidence. And that is exactly what we are here to build every single day.

We are so proud of our learners for showing up and doing hard things. 🧡

Did you know sea angels are real? Because these two do ☀️

We've been diving deep into the ocean lately, and not just the obvious ones. Sea angels, anglerfish, blobfish… the works. The kind of creatures that make you stop and go "wait, that's actually real?"

Watching kiddos get genuinely curious about the world around them is one of our favorite things. And when they start teaching each other? That's the good stuff 💛
