Mark your calendars! We are excited to invite all incoming freshmen to our 9th Grade Early Entry Day on Thursday, August 27th, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

This special event is designed to help our newest Gators get comfortable, confident, and ready for day one!

Event Highlights:

Meet & Greet: Find your classrooms and meet your teachers and future classmates.

Building Tours & Activities: Guided by our student leaders to help you learn the layout of the school.

BCPS Technology: Students will be assigned their BCPS device and charger during this time.

Transportation: Provided for participating students.

🎉 🎉 Congratulations to senior Ashley Coyoy-Ixcot for being selected to participate in the 8 week Summer Academic and Research Experience (SARE) at Johns Hopkins University.

More than 300 students applied, and only 15 high school students from low income backgrounds were selected for the program. Each student was matched with a research lab based on their interests, and Ashley had the opportunity to work in the Jantzie Lab within the Department of Pediatrics and Neonatology. During the program, Ashley immersed herself in meaningful research while getting firsthand experience working in a professional lab environment. She also had the opportunity to present her work at the 18th Annual CSM Symposium alongside about 30 other scholars.

Ashley expressed, “SARE gave me so many opportunities to learn and grow, including the opportunity to shadow an internationally recognized pediatric neurosurgeon, which made me even more passionate in my goal of wanting a career in pediatric neurosurgery.”

Ashley is also a student in our AP Capstone program. The skills and knowledge that she developed in AP Seminar and AP Research play a significant role in her success within the program.

We are a proud Gator Community. 💙💛

Hey BAND!
Introducing The Perry Hall High School Gator Game-Day Band! This band will be students who cannot fully commit to our field show but would still like to participate in our Band in the stands at football games! Students in the band will combine with our Marching Band at Football Games to cheer our team on to victory!

The first rehearsal is 9/1/26 at 6:00 PM! If anyone is interested, please fill out the form in the link attached! Students who attended Band Camp do not have to fill out their information. Poster made by Sydney Durant!

If there is an error or hole in a student’s schedule, please scan the QR code or use the form https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/MWhJa8u8ai to request a change.

🛑DO NOT CALL THE SCHOOL. Counselors are NOT on duty right now.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not make changes for preferred teachers, lunch periods (which appear later in August), or specific class periods.

Requests to switch classes based on preference will be considered only if space allows, and it fits your schedule. Changes will not be made once school starts. Changes may be requested until 8/17 @ 12:00 pm.

Carpentry students from Perry Hall High School constructed new benches for the outdoor classroom at Seven Oaks Elementary School.
