* An assigned, on-site mentor
* A close-knit cohort of peers
* An executive coach who is a seasoned Catholic school leader in the field
* Faculty members with lived experience as Catholic school leaders
* The program leadership team who are available year-round to provide pastoral support
* An alumni network of 600 graduates
