Fischoff Chamber Music Academy students - remember the wonderful masterclass you had with the Verona Quartet last November? They're back in town performing as part of the Addicott Summer Chamber Music Festival next week! Don't miss their concert on July 15 (Scarlatti, Augusta Reed Thomas, Janáček and Beethoven) and then a masterclass on July 16.

Also performing as part of this festival, is the incredible Viano Quartet, 2018 Fischoff Silver Medalist. Since then they have soared to international acclaim after such accolades as First Prize at the 13th Banff International String Quartet Competition, as a recipient of a 2025 Avery Fisher Career Grant, and as Bowers Program Artists at The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center through 2027. They will be performing July 11.

The wonderful The Euclid Quartet, hosts of this awesome festival, will kick-off the week on July 9 with a concert.

The festival runs from July 9-19th at Indiana University South Bend

The Yimmy Quartet had a blast with our friends at ECoSistema Music last week.

They talked about shaping characters in music, how Dvorak captured the sounds of America, and even got to play with both the Crescendo and Presto musicians. The finale of the Brazilian Habenero was a real highlight!
