Teachers have or will be soon sending home information on how to schedule parent/teacher conferences. Please sign up as soon as possible to help us meet our goal of having all conferences completed during the month of October. Parents and teachers coming together helps the student be their best self at school! Research shows that when parents are involved, students have a more positive experience at school.

It's just around the corner! Tillery Christian Academy Friends and Family, we need your help. We are in need of donations of individual packs of potato chips for our fall fundraiser meal at 873 P*e Dee Ave., Norwood, NC. K- 6 items
4th- 42 items
7th/8th- 35 items

The class with the most items on November 6th will win an ice cream party!

On Tuesday we had our first church service during our chapel time and what a blessing it was to slow down and be able to worship and praise God during a hectic day. The pastor who was supposed to lead our music had something come up, and we had 3 brave high school students lead our school in signing. What a perfect moment seeing our Crusaders come together to praise God!

A few more math awards for our 4th graders!
Aliya and Mia completed XTra Math Addition!
Reed completed XTra Math subtraction AND his multiplication challenge!
And Skylar completed XTra Math Multiplication.

Students in Mrs. Jarman’s 7th grade math class worked in groups to complete a card sort in which they matched equivalent algebraic expressions. The class has been working on simplifying expressions. They did a great job of applying their understanding of the Distributive Property, combining like terms, and Laws of Exponents to find matching pairs!
