Today in chapel, Mrs.Bessire used the book, ”The Awesome Super Fantastic Forever Party, “ by Joni Eareckson Tada to teach us about heaven and Jesus’ invitation for everyone to be with Him there forever. The 7th and 8th graders blessed us with the song ”Homesick for Heaven,” by Phil Wickham.

This week in PE, our middle schoolers took on a challenge that was equal parts fun, nerve-wracking, and meaningful—a Trust Walk around campus. Imagine this: you’re blindfolded, relying completely on a partner to guide you safely from one place to another. No peeking, no shortcuts—just communication, patience, and trust. By the end, smiles replaced uncertainty, and confidence grew. A wonderful way to build teamwork!

We love it when Pastor Charles P. Tyree from theNorwich Alliance Church speaks in Chapel! He taught us to ask the question,”What would the Bible say?” The Bible is our owner’s manual. Psalm 119:105 tells us that God’s Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path.
