We are the local chapter of Amnesty International, located at Three Rivers Community College Or, if you can't make the meeting, no problem!
Meetings and events are usually open to all and free unless otherwise stated. We meet every other Wednesday @ noon, starting 9/21 in room D208

There will be a Leap Year Fair Trade Chocolate event next Wednesday (2-29-2012) in the main lobby.
The first meeting for the 2012 spring semester will be Wednesday, Feb. 1st, @12:00 in D208. Hope to see you there!

FAIR TRADE HOT COCOA FUNDRAISER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS tomorrow (Tues 12/6) from 10am til 2pm-ish in the main lobby at TRCC.
AMNESTY HOLIDAY CARD CAMPAIGN FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS!!!! I have all the cards and the description of the prisoners of conscience to whom we are sending them. WE NEED TO GET THEM SIGNED! Please contact me if you can bring some cards to class, work or home for friends, profs, co-workers, classmates and family to sign, or if you can sit in the cafeteria or library to ask people to sign. We now have almost 3,000 signatures on our Sri Lanka petition! If we get 5,000 signatures by Oct. 29, the White House will provide an official response. Show the U.S. we care for justice for war crime victims in Sri Lanka! Sign the petition and ask your friends to sign! Thanks.
