NFC ‘s BREAK THE STIGMA 💜🩵

1,000 Burpees Challenge

On Saturday, September 26 from 9:15–10:30 AM, Norwich Fitness Center is bringing our community together for something bigger than a workout.

Teams of up to 10, or sign up individually and take on 1,000 burpees for a cause. All fitness levels are welcome, and you do not have to be an NFC member to participate. Share and tag to get the word out.

This event is about starting conversations, sharing our stories, supporting those who are struggling, remembering those we’ve lost, and reminding people that asking for help is a sign of strength.

💜 WHO DO YOU BURPEE FOR?
At NFC, you’ll be able to add the name of someone you love, someone you’ve lost, yourself, or simply a message of hope to our Break the Stigma plaque.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Wounded Warrior Project, supporting veterans and service members, including those facing mental-health challenges and invisible wounds.

Poor Maggie thought today was a 2.5 lb kind of day… Coach Gina had other plans. 😂

At NFC | CrossFit Norwich, we don’t believe in letting our members underestimate themselves.

As we age, one of the most important things we can do is build and maintain muscle. That’s why we coach you, not just the workout.

We’ll never ask you to lift more than you’re ready for. Safety always comes first. But if we know you’re capable of more, we’ll challenge you… because chances are, you’re stronger than you think.

Our job isn’t to make workouts easy.
Our job is to help you become stronger for life. 💙💪
