🌱 NFC Community Garden Volunteer Days
Join Maddie and fellow members as we continue growing our community garden. Volunteer dates are June 13, June 20, and June 27 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. No experience needed. Just show up and help us grow something special.

Stop by during volunteer hours on June 13 to browse, connect with members, and support community wellness initiatives.

💪 NFC Boot Camp Returns
Starting June 22
Mondays • Wednesdays • Fridays
8:00 AM

Included with Foundations, Wellness, Sport, and Elite memberships. High energy workouts, scalable for all fitness levels, and designed to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident.

We watched people push through hard moments, encourage each other, laugh, struggle, finish together, and remember why we do this every year.

MURPH is not about proving toughness.
It is about remembering sacrifice.

We do MURPH to honor those who cannot.
To honor the men and women who gave everything and never got the chance to come home.
To remember that freedom is not free.

And for those who couldn’t make it today, we know you were with us in spirit.
