If you’re not in our email list, you may have missed our latest monthly newsletter where the Pondering Permie takes on the shift, and the feelings, that sometimes come this time of year, which in their words, can feel…unsettling. ‘Because when the way we think begins to shift, so does everything built on top of it.’

In our April newsletter, The Pondering Permie searches for alignment in a month that always feels like movement. 🦋

“In permaculture, we often talk about obtaining a yield. It’s one of the core principles. And for good reason systems need to produce in order to sustain themselves.

But I’ve been sitting with a quieter question lately:

What happens when we become so focused on the yield…that we lose sight of the relationship?”

Couldn't we all use a pause?

The Ecology of You's Monthly Grounding Circles are a calm and relaxing space to get grounded and find some peace while also building community.

It is a unique space, a unique connection that we think the world could really use right now.

April's circles are meeting tomorrow - Tuesday April 7th at 12:30pm and 6:30pm.

They're held online via google meet and they're free.

RSVP at https://www.ecologyofyou.com/grounding-circles

Consider this your invitation to pause.

In a world that moves fast and can feel overwhelming, Grounding Circles offer a simple pause.

These monthly gatherings provide space to land in your body, speak honestly, listen deeply, and reconnect - with yourself, with others, and with the living world that holds us all.

Each circle follows a gentle, consistent rhythm designed to support nervous-system regulation, emotional clarity, and grounded connection.

We meet the first Tuesday of the month, online via google meet. It's free to join.

Upcoming circles are Tuesday, April 7th at 12:30pm and 6:30pm.
