TUTOR 101 Congratulates ACTM Winners
Once again, the students of TUTOR 101 performed very well in this year’s ACTM [Arkansas Council of Teachers of Mathematics] contests. ACTM conducted State contest for the year 2015 on Saturday, April 25.
One of the students who attended the special course offered by TUTOR 101, to train gifted students to participate in challenging contests like MATHCOUNTS and ACTM, has won the First Place in the Geometry Section of State level ACTM contest. It may be noted that this student is only in eighth grade while the contest participants include high-school students. TUTOR 101 takes pride in congratulating him. The student’s name is withheld here in deference to his parents’ wishes.
