Our principals play an integral role in fostering a sense of belonging for students, staff and families throughout their school communities. Throughout National Principals Month, we’re highlighting how our principals strive to make everyone feel welcome and empowered to succeed everyday.

Today, we’re spotlighting Jane Wilkins, principal of Naramake Elementary School.

The long-awaited Fun Run Fundraiser is back and we couldn’t be more excited!

We invite all Naramake families to join us on Friday, October 2 at 9:00 AM on the Front Circle for a morning of movement, music, and community spirit.

This year our goal is to raise $12,000 to support the NES PTA and all the incredible programs it funds. If every student raises $40 in pledges, we’ll surpass our goal!

The pledge period begins today, and students have over three weeks to promote their page and collect donations.

Let’s come together to make this year’s Fun Run the most successful yet.

Calling all Naramake families!

Please join us for Naramake’s Back-to-School Picnic & Family Open House next Thursday, September 17th from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Bring your blankets and a picnic dinner, and join us to kick off the new school year!

Enjoy a DJ spinning tunes on the lawn, have fun with friends, meet fellow Naramake parents, and go meet your child's teacher and check out their classroom.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Thinking back to our first day of school, Naramake style! 🍎

There's a kind of magic in watching nervous new faces turn into confident ones by pick-up time, and that’s on our incredible Naramake staff. Thank you as always for welcoming our learners back with so much enthusiasm and joy!

To our wonderful Naramake families and the wider community who come together to support our students, thank you for making this school feel like home.

Sincere thanks to our community partner for decorating our entrance in technicolor rainbow tones with a festive balloon arch, for the surprise donation of a beautiful back-to-school welcome banner, and for building us an easel upon which to display it on very short notice!

Here's to new teachers, new friends, and a fantastic year ahead. We can't wait. 💙

Curious what the PTA actually does besides plan events and track down volunteers?

Truth is, everything we do comes from the same place: we want Naramake to feel like home for every child and every family here. Alongside our incredible teachers and staff, we fundraise and help bring fun and enriching experiences to our students, support classrooms throughout the year, and show our appreciation for the dedicated people who make this school run. We plan the moments — big and small — that make this school feel like ours. And we're always looking for ways to bring our community closer together.

You don't need a free Saturday or a special skill to join the PTA. If you've got even a little time to give, we want you there!
