From the VaYU family to the global stage — celebrating the 12th International Day of Yoga.

We’re proud to share that two of our own VaYU graduates and guru-sisters, Vidya Nahar and Mara Zimmerman, helped lead the 12th International Day of Yoga celebration hosted by the Consulate General of India, Chicago, at the National India Hub.
Alongside three fellow yoga teachers, Vidya and Mara guided the community through a beautiful practice. Together they helped celebrate yoga as India’s priceless gift of health, wellness, inner peace, and spirituality to the world.

This is the heart of a VaYU education: graduates who carry the practice forward and share it with their communities.

Congratulations, Vidya and Mara — you make the whole VaYU family proud! 🧘‍♀️🪷
