There were lots of great memories during the 2025-2026 school year. This July, we want to PAWS and reflect. Stay tuned as we share some of our favorite memories and events. From the buzz of the Promotion ceremony and the discoveries on Field Trips and in Marine Science, to the thrill of Sports games and the creativity of VPA Events – we’ve got a fantastic collage of moments to revisit.

Division I football players—including Norwalk’s very own Cam Edwards, West Rocks alum Sebastien Pierre, and Norwalk alum Mysonne Pollard, alongside teammate Drew Buckley—recently paid a special visit to West Rocks Middle School to speak with students! 🏫🐻
It’s always amazing to see student-athletes giving back to their local communities, sharing their journeys, and motivating young minds to tackle their goals both on and off the field. A special homecoming for these local alumni makes it even more impactful! Keep making Norwalk proud, guys! 🙌📚💪 .cam1

Congratulations to 8th Grader Madison M. for being selected as a winner in the “Words in Transit” poetry contest! Her poem was on display at Norwalk’s Art Space this week and will soon be displayed on a bus that can be seen traveling across Norwalk’s roads. Way to go, Madison!
