Every hour represents a life. We roll to raise awareness for veteran su***de prevention and to support military & veteran families.

Class Cancelled Tonight – Come Support Norwalk Wrestling! 🤼‍♂️

Hey Pinnacle families 👋
There will be NO classes this evening.

Each year Pinnacle shows up to support the Norwalk High School wrestling teams. Tonight they're hosting their annual outdoor dual vs. Urbandale on the football field!
We'd love to see our Pinnacle family there to cheer on the Norwalk wrestlers — especially our own Pinnacle athletes performing 💪

• Where: Norwalk High School football field
• When: Wrestling starts at 7:00 PM
• Bring: Lawn chair + your Pinnacle spirit

Leveling up today at the Des Moines Submission Challenge. Norwalks Pinnacle Grappling team took 3 competitors_Zane Mulder goes Double Gold, all subs. Treyten Steffen goes Double Gold. Tanner Flesher was back on the mats in action today! Pinnacle finishes in third in team title.
