For safety reasons, we ask that you do a uniform and gear check. If your t-shirts or rash guards have holes in them or if you are wearing shorts with pockets, fingers and toes can get caught and broken.... If your MMA gear is ripped or outgrown, it needs to be replaced for the safety of you and your partners..... So.........
