Tomorrow night, I’m bringing that experience to Strong. Safe. Unstoppable.—a personal safety and confidence seminar created especially for women.
You’ll learn practical, easy-to-remember skills that can help you respond with confidence, use your voice, protect yourself and walk away a victor. The training is energetic, hands-on and FUN.
No previous experience is needed, and you don’t have to be “in shape” to participate. And if you do have experience, come sharpen your skills and get a great refresher!
Come by yourself or grab a friend. We’ll train, laugh, learn and enjoy some social time together afterward.

Sometimes the best moments happen when the uniforms are off and the kids are simply playing together.

Karate gives children a place to build confidence, but it also gives them a place to belong. They meet friends from different schools, different towns and different age groups—and discover how easy it is to connect when everyone is included.
