Position: School-Age Site Lead

Location: Churchill Elementary School

Mona Shores Early Childhood Center is excited to announce an opportunity for dedicated individual to manage and grow our before and after school enrichment program for elementary students. If you have a passion for leadership, education, and community, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for:
📍18 years of age or older
📍Associates Degree - required
📍Completion of childcare administration coursework or willing to do so within 6 months of employment.
📍 Demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills
📍Proficient with Google Workspace
📍 Hold a CDA (preferred but not required)

Position Details:
📌 $15.25/hour
📌 30 hours/week, split shift
📌 Year-round position
📌 Paid holidays, paid sick days, and paid vacation time.
