This is going to be a fun time!

Get ready for a one-of-a-kind Warrior Volleyball experience!

This fall, our Ladies Varsity Volleyball team has the incredible opportunity to take the court on the deck of the LST 393, the historic World War II museum ship docked in downtown Muskegon!

On Tuesday, September 1, beginning at 4:30 p.m., WMC will join Mona Shores and Whitehall for a unique volleyball event unlike anything we’ve done before. We’re excited to partner with the LST 393 as a fundraiser for the museum while bringing our schools and community together for an afternoon of competition, fun, and fellowship.

Of course, an event this unique takes a tremendous amount of time and manpower to put together. We are looking for adult volunteers to help set up the volleyball court on Monday, August 31, at 5:30 p.m. If you’re available and willing to lend a hand, please let Mr. Hill know ([email protected]). Your help would be greatly appreciated!

You may already know that WMC hosts a variety of summer sports camps for children throughout our community—but did you know that this year we also hosted Broadway Bootcamp for students in kindergarten through 12th grade?

Last week, these talented students spent time learning, practicing, and developing their theatre skills. Their hard work culminated in a final performance featuring individual acts, small-group numbers, and a full-ensemble production.

Excitement is building as we head into the new school year! Our theatre director and WMC alum, Kate Reinders, is assembling a talented team and working to grow and strengthen WMC’s theatre program.
