What a fantastic idea, I wish I thought of it. Learn to sign without the worry or hassle of packing a kid up, especially in the winter. Learn on your own time and have her and other parents available to talk and ask questions anytime!

Join Karie Glide and myself this Saturday for a fun Sign & Story Time at Nature's Playhouse in Ferndale. It is $10/family. We will sing songs, learn rhymes, blow bubbles and of course learn some helpful signs to use during the new season.

We will also have a cute craft to take home after class. See you there!!

I saw this and had to share 🥰 I love this! It’s a great example of how babies will modify signs as they learn and grow. When this happens it's important for parents to praise and encourage their baby, then keep signing it correctly. As their motor skills develop, their signs will start to look more like yours. 🤟

Children acquiring sign languages go through the same linguistic stages that those acquiring spoken languages do.

Wow! It’s been forever since I last posted anything. School wrapped up, I also finished up all my 2018 classes.

I want to Welcome Karie Glide to Passerine Pals 😊 she has a Sign Language background and I am so happy that she is gonna start offering classes as well.
