Because MLHS teaches God’s Word, it receives minimal government funding. In order to maintain the quality education provided at MLHS, tuition is charged. Cost should never prevent a student from attending MLHS. Tuition assistance is available for all qualifying families. Each year nearly $100,000 in scholarships is given out to 30% of our students. Because the tuition charged does not cover actual costs; congregational membership support, donations, grants and fund-raisers provide the balance of income needed to support the Ministry. MLHS is owned by 19 Lutheran-Church Missouri Synod Congregations. Students who are members of these congregations receive a tuition discount. About 20% of the students attending MLHS are members of other churches and/or denominations. To learn how your teen can benefit from the MLHS experience please contact Principal Paul Steinhaus. Not a Lutheran? Not a Problem! All students are welcome to thrive in the positive atmosphere of a Christian high school. Join the Martin Luther High School, Northrop FB Group
